I signed up for JustHost's Just Plan about 2 months ago, to host an affiliate site I am building in Joomla, discountpixie.
I got a very cheap deal (£47 for two years) which I paid in advance due to the function whereby you are offered a discount if you start to navigate away from their site.
 
My web space was ready to go within 1 hour so I got cracking and used their auto install function to install Joomla, which was very good especially as it was done instantly - none of this time consuming FTP nonsense.
Being new to C-Panel I found it easy to navigate around, and am especially impressed with the code editor, which once again removes the need to constantly muck around with FTP clients.
The only problem I have had was about a week after signing up my site started to load really slowly, I phoned their customer support and they guided me to the statistics section which showed that I was getting an unexpectedly large amount of traffic (over 500 visitors in half a day) which for a new site is unheard of, I had submitted my site to google but was not yet included so Googlebot wasn't even a factor.
On further investigation it turns out that the traffic was all coming from the affiliate schemes that I had signed up to, they were checking my site to determine if I would be allowed to join their programs.
 
Since then I have had absolutely no issues with them what so ever, If are looking for an extremely cheap web hosting package with all of the trimmings, like the ability to add SSL and dedicated IP then Just Host is a good bet, on top of that as all of their plans are 'unlimited' you know you aren't going to get charged for any unexpected extras.
