EasySpace provide 3 levels of dedicated server in both Linux and Windows options.

Each of these can quite nicely be spec'd up with extra RAM, HDD space and a choice of operating systems.  Each option boasts Intel's Xeon architecture as follows:

I decided on the Starter Dedicated Server for £69.99 per month with no setup fee. I'm very impressed with the value for money. Ping to my server is aroundn 80ms.

The server is fantastic it downloads files from the Microsoft website at 4.5mb/sec and is very quick at hosting it's content.
It only allows 1 remote desktop connection, so if your connection to remote desktop was disconnected improperly - sometimes you have to wait a while before it allows you to reconnect. (Might be able to get round this by changing the default RDP port)

My server did stop responding completely for a few minutes last night, not sure why, but overall for the money you can't expect any better.
